skills

Things I built
then gave away.

Every one of these came out of a real problem in a real business, usually mine or a client's. None of them were built to be products. They exist because the alternative was paying a monthly fee for something that did not actually do the job.

They are all free, MIT licensed, and honest about what they cannot do.

brain-suplement Claude Code plugin · MIT

Makes Claude Code keep a work journal while it works: a note per session, an index per day, a file per decision with the reasoning as it was made, a hub per topic. Plain markdown you open in Obsidian. Four hooks make sure it never skips a note, including one that refuses to end the turn without it.

business-interview Claude Code skill · MIT

Twenty minutes of questions, block by block, and Claude Code stops asking you what your business does. It pushes back on vague answers, writes unknown instead of guessing, and changes the questions entirely if it turns out there is no business yet, only an idea.

canary-in-a-claude-mine Claude Code plugin · MIT

Tells you a Claude Code session is degrading one or two replies before it starts making things up. One word at the start of every reply, one hook that notices the turn it goes missing, and a log of when that happens so you learn when your own sessions slip.

git-autosync Claude Code skill · MIT

Your Claude Code workspace copies itself to GitHub while you work: when a session opens, as replies finish, before a compact and when you close it. Every upload goes through a scan for API keys first, and one hit stops it. Nobody has to remember to commit.

shared-brain Claude Code · MIT

Lets two people share one Claude Code workspace over Drive or Dropbox. It asks who is at the keyboard, gives each person specific areas of the business to work in, records what everyone did, and seals its own rulebook so nobody can quietly promote themselves. No team licence needed.

more of these as I build them

If you want this kind of thing inside your business

The public skills are the small pieces. The work I actually do is building the system around them, so your business runs on something that knows your business.
